The yellows from Yellow Arrow Racing make their VFC debut!

The last rookie team for the 2025 season is Yellow Arrow Racing, a team that was created due to the lack of driver seats at Velvet. Both drivers, Stefan Cerne and Markus Leonhardt, drove for Velvet DC last year.

At Velvet they decided to use another driver alongside Dittmer this year, so both of them only had their own team as an option to compete again this year.

The driver duo of Cerne and Leonhardt are a well-harmonized team, both get along well with each other. So nothing stands in the way of the team's success on the track. Nevertheless, it must be acknowledged that the field of drivers is very strong this year and some new teams as well as existing ones have good line-ups, so we will have to see who has to wait in line for now.

The target at Yellow Arrow is more relaxed than at other teams, they are definitely aware of their outsider role, so individual points placements should be the goal. In the first half of the season, the focus is on gaining experience and, most importantly, finsihig races and avoiding mistakes.

When asked what he had set himself as a goal, Stefan Cerne's goal was clear: to have good duels and beat his teammate. The same goes for Leonhardt, who for his part has nothing to hide from his teammate. The Cerne vs. Leonhardt duel could therefore provide battles and exciting moments.

When it comes to the car, they were still very undecided about which direction to go in. "We'll see where the deficits are after the first races," said team boss and driver Stefan Cerne.

So this year, Cerne and Leonhardt will be on the grid with Yellow Arrow. The personal development of both drivers is the goal, and which direction they will both go in will become clear after the first races.
